This was our first time on the Broads (or any boating holiday) and therefore we decided on a short break, however we all (my partner, two kids 11 and 8, and me) thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the holiday including the relaxing sailing up and down the Broads, the hospitality and good food at the local pubs and restaurants and the friendly people. We are already looking to book for next year, but this time for a week to allow us to venture onto the Southern Broads.

The Broads were fantastic – the good weather obviously added a lot to the experience. We did the Cheshire Ring. We completed it in a week but found it very hard going, Not for the faint hearted but well worth the experience. With a little bit of extra hard work we were able to tour to Buxworth Basin, have a lovely meal at the Navigation pub which we would recommend and experience some of the most beautiful canal scenery on the area.
