What do other people say about Star Gem from Richardsons Cruisers

This was our first holiday without the kids, just the two of us and the dogs. This was a very peaceful and stress free holiday and I would recommend it to everyone looking for peace and tranquility.
Mr D from Alnwick

It was the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever been on! It was my first full weeks holiday with my partner and niether of us like to just lay by a pool, this way we did as much or as little as we wished – truly fantastic!
Miss B from Cambridge

This was our third broads experience but this time it was without the kids and we were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. On the first day we quickly realised that we had forgotten how peaceful, relaxing and extremely enjoyable this type of holiday is. Its just great to be able to hire such a wonderful boat and we will do it again and again. I have already recommended the experience to friends and family.
Mr G from King’s Lynn

We have already recommended the holiday to others. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience – our first time boating on the Broads!
Mr L from Oldham

Its relaxing and great to get away from the pressures of home.
Mr B from Knottingley

Booking a holiday with Hoseasons is straightforward and hassle free.
Mr D from Bradford

An excellent way to relax and forget about the stresses of the fast lane at home.
Mr S from Leeds

I would certainly recommend this type of holiday to other people.
Mr C from Stamford

Had a great time, I’ve never unwound so quickly!
Mr S from Farnham

It was a very relaxing holiday, lots to see and nice pubs and places to stop off.
Mr B from Dumbarton

Relaxing, picturesque and peaceful. We enjoyed a meandering path across Norfolk, filled with wildlife, friendly folk and the odd pub or two!
Mrs M from Fleet

It is a fantastic holiday and brilliant if you include your dogs in your holiday. The boat we had was the perfect size for two adults and two large dogs. We loved every minute of the holiday apart from the journey back to the boatyard as we did not want to leave!
Mr W from Clacton

The peace and calm is not to be found anywhere else, and the area is completely unspoilt by developments so often seen these days. The boat was excellent and the holiday was great.
Mr H from Peacehaven

I would recommend Hoseasons because I have holidayed with you for more than 10 years and you have never failed “to float my boat” thank you and see you next year!
Miss B from Dagenham

For our first time on the Broads, the Richardson’s could not have been more helpful. The brief on the boat, including the short supervised river experience, was excellent.
Mr H from St Ives

The very best way to turn off from the activities of the world, no traffic concerns an excellent way of fully relaxing. We enjoyed it so much we have booked another week in September.
Mr L from Chesterfield

We’re a young city dwelling couple who work in the the rat race which is manic, the experience you get breaking away and finding yourself on a Hoseasons boat down the Broads in the sun, convertible roof down, cruising at about 3,4 mph watching nature pass you by like a tortoise, Is something every person young n old should experience.. this year was our 4th boating holiday so we’re quite new.. this year we saw a deer by the river trotting along the banks that was something i’ll never forget.. it truly is a different experience every trip.. many of my friends are now too enjoying the pleasure you get from a Hoseasons boat holiday 10/10 everytime.. We even saw the otters on Barton Broad and Seals in Breydon Water, along with Marsh Harriers, Hen Harriers, Owls, Kingfishers, Deer and much more – fantastic! Just cruise along slowly and you will be amazed what you can see, not to mention the hospitality of the Broads pubs !!! Go on treat yourself, and wind down from the stresses of the world!

We have been with Swancraft for a number of years, they are a family firm and take pride in their friendly efficient service and standard of boats. They are what they say “Luxury for Two”, and we have had marvellous holidays on them. Boating on the broads is the most relaxing holiday you can have – wind down while you slowly cruise on the rivers, take in the views and wildlife, and the friendly atmosphere.

What do other people say about Grenada Girl from Summercraft

This was a remarkably comfortable boat for two people. There are not enough similar boats in the brochure so that one tends to hire bigger boats (with unused berths) which are more difficult for a couple to moor etc. Other than that, the new moorings (e.g. Howe Hill and South Walsham) are a great improvement. Totally relaxing but never a dull moment!
Mr W from Ormskirk

We have recommended the holiday to a number of friends because it was so relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. Great places to stop, lovely walks, pubs, and best of all to be able to go wherever you want at whatever speed and time to suit yourselves. One of the best relaxing holidays we have had in a long time!
Mrs W from Bournemouth

The Broads experience is one all should try. It is relaxing, a great experience and a good all round holiday for all ages.
Mr M from Rochester

It was very relaxing and you were in control. We had a chance to get completely away from it all. Salhouse Broad was particularly restful and well worth a visit.
Mr. P from Salisbury

I would recommend this holiday to anyone who wants complete relaxation. We booked with Summercraft and they were excellent on all points

What do other people say about Hambledon from Guildford Boat House

Guildford Boatyard is a well run and caring company with well maintained and well equipped boats.
Mr F from Halesowen

Having travelled only 20miles from home to pick up the boat meant we already knew (on land) all the places we would be travelling through. However this gives you a completely different perspective and pace, and shows how much unspoilt wilderness exists so close to our normal urban existence.
Mr E from Rugby

Guildford Boat House gave us a warm welcome and it was lovely to just slow down and potter up and down the Wey, waving and smiling at walkers and other boaters.
Mrs G from St. Ives

A great holiday , especially for dogs – they loved it. Remember to buy lifejackets for them!
Mrs N from Lancing

We were novices but were treated with courtesy, and this was the best start to a thoroughly enjoyable holiday!
Mr D from Lyme Regis

We loved the whole experience, from virgin narrow boaters to now experienced canal boaters. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from using the locks to advice sharing on pubs, moorings and life!
Mr M from Worthing

Beutiful scenery, slow and relaxing but fun as well – the locks definitely added to the holiday as they made you think – and you felt you had achieved something by getting through them. Sitting by the side of a beautiful river bank by candlelight with a bottle of champagne listening to the birds and feeding the ducks – fab!

I would like to recommend this holiday as it was brillant and the boat was easy to handle although there were only the two of us! The scenery of the Broads is breathtakingly beautiful – overall a wonderful experience.
Mrs P from Immingham

A very relaxing way to spend a week and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
Mrs B from Harrogate

Although my wife was initially dubious about just the 2 of us handling a boat, and indeed the whole idea, we had an extremely enjoyable holiday helped by some glorious weather, and the friendliness of everyone we met. Having done it once we would certainly go again!!
Mr R from Wilmslow

Nobody knows exactly where you are which is fantastic as you can’t be reached if you don’t want to be. In remoter parts such as Dilham there is no phone signal anyway (you can always use a phone box in an emergency!) You can make it the holiday you want. If you want to go out for a meal or drink every night then glam up and go. But if you want to chill and just watch the river life, nature and wave at other boats as they go by you can do that too. Being on the water is so relaxing. As you pull out of the boatyard, your worries and stresses just melt into the calming water – the best!!!!
Mrs W from Herne Bay

I found this holiday very relaxing, we will definitely come again!
Mr P from Southsea

A fantastic getaway from it all and a great way to unwind!
Mrs B from Leeds

Symphony is absolutely perfect for a couple. The warm air heating makes the boat ideal for cold weather cruising and the sunroof makes it great for warm weather. A nice touch with a full size fridge and the bed is as wide as a full size double and really makes for a comfortable time afloat. Oh and the new engine at the back makes things at the front nice and peaceful with no morning checks to make – hire with confidence!
Mrs B from Lincoln

Freedom, peace, relaxation and natural beauty surround you – you could not want or ask for any more. This is my 6th trip with yourselves and I have never booked with any other boatyard, and hope to go to the Broads again next year!
Mr S from Sittingbourne

If you want to have the ultimate quiet and peaceful break which gets you away from all the hassle of your normal life then believe me you are in the right place. Expect a relaxing, peaceful time and sit back and enjoy, then go home with a spring in your step – thanks for such a great holiday, we will be back!
Mr F from Boston

My husband and I have been on the Norfolk Broads every year for the last 10 years. It is a great way to recharge our batteries, whilst also doing as much or as little as you like. You can meet other people if you wish to, but otherwise you can have an enjoyable holiday just for two!
Mrs W from Horley

We would recommend the holiday as we love the boats and always find your boats wonderful.
Mr C from Sittingbourne

A lovely boat with great fixtures and fittings, the Broads were their usual stunning best.
